Senior CWI Preparatory

This course is designed for individuals with a minimum of 6 years as a CWI who desire to achieve the status of an AWS Senior Certified Welding Inspector (SCWI). This course offers classroom training experiences designed to prepare individuals meeting the requirements of the AWS QC-1 program to successfully pass the SCWI exam. Students will be formally asked over 1000 questions through exercises and examinations during the course. Your application to AWS must be received by Real Educational Services no later than 7 weeks prior to the test date. To also comply with the (80) recertification training requirement for the CWI, take the Advanced Welding Inspection prior to SCWI Preparatory. Proof of successful completion of these 2 courses may be provided to AWS with other required documentation for CWI recertification.
